Refund Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Exemptions

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to food and perishable goods. As all products sold by Cafés Negrita are food products (coffee), no returns or refunds are accepted once the order has been dispatched, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a remedy at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Where a return is accepted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
